  • What time is check-in and check-out?
  • Check In: 3:00 PM
    Check Out: 12:00  AM

    Guests can use the free luggage deposit before check-in and after check-out.

 
  • Can I check in after 3:00pm?
  • Yes, the reception is open 24 hours and ready to welcome you.

 

  • Can I pay using my credit card?
  • During the online reservation, no deposit will be charged. At check-out time, Villa Ducale accepts payments with Visa,  American Express,  MasterCard and JCB.
    The hotel reserves the right to verify the credit cards prior to arrival, by requesting the pre-authorization of the first night’s lodging.

 

  • Cancellation and charges
  • Cancellations within 7 days from the arrival will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay. For multiple room, long-term reservations and promotional rates we may apply a different policy which will be stated on your confirmation or we may require a deposit.

 

  • Does the hotel have a parking?
  • Yes, guests can leave their car in the Private internal Parking (10 euro a day).

 

  • Does the hotel offer an internet point?
  • Yes, the hotel lobby offers a fully equipped Internet Point including computer with free Internet connection and printer.

 

  • Is it possible to rent a car?
  • Yes, the staff will be glad to help you choose the car that best suits your needs, contacting rental services such as Hertz and Avis.

 


  • Can the Villa Ducale staff make reservations for tours of Taormina and surroundings?
  • Yes, Villa Ducale can arrange guided tours to the Etna, Siracusa, Piazza Armerina, Agrigento and the surrounding areas.
