From the first interaction with the staff until the minute we left, the experience was great. By far the best
hotel during our 10 day trip in Italy. This is what customer service is all about. The breakfast at this Taormina hotel served each morning was better than any other place we stayed -food was creative, well prepared and GOOD. The staff (Antonio, Alessia, Paulo, Luca) were tremendous and always accomodating. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Although way above town, it was never a problem for the staff to arrange transportation to and from the hotel. We will be back. Villa Ducale- WE WILL BE BACK!!
